Recommended Dosage
Recommended adult dose: Place 1 tablet under the tongue until dissolved, once daily as needed, 10 to 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

This product does not contain artificial preservatives, colours, or sweeteners; no starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, salt, tree nuts, or genetically modified genes or proteins. Suitable for vegetarians.
Cautions
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). When using this product, avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness and avoid driving or using machinery for 5 hours. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking steroids or blood thinners, medications for seizure or blood pressure, or medications to suppress the immune system, to affect mental state, or to increase sedation. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver, or kidney disease, seizure disorder, asthma, or diabetes. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use if allergy occurs or if you experience headache, confusion, or nausea. Keep out of reach of children.
