You need: 
1 spaghetti squash 
1 Yellow pepper
Extra lean ground beef (substitute for meatless meat if you're Vegan or Vegetarian)
Any pasta sauce of your choice
Bocchini cheese 
Set oven at 400 degrees
Bake squash for 20 minutes

Sauté yellow peppers and mushrooms together in a sauce pan at medium heat. 
In a separate sauce pan on medium heat, cook your meat with the garlic and onions
Boil broccoli 
Once squash is cooked enough, cut in half and scoop the seeds out.

Take a fork to loosen up the spaghetti strings in the squash

From here, load all your veggies, meat and sauce into the squash, top with cheese and place back in the oven for 5-10 min. Once cheese is melted, you can dig in! 
For Vegan/Vegetarian, replace cheese with a vegan friendly cheese and or Tofu!
